FKA Twigs has filed a lawsuit against Shia LaBeouf, alleging that he attempted to enforce an 'illegal' non-disclosure agreement (NDA) tied to their 2025 settlement agreement. According to the lawsuit, LaBeouf sought 'exorbitant monies' from Twigs over a 'benign' statement that he claimed was a violation of their settlement agreement.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, claims that LaBeouf's actions were 'designed to intimidate and coerce' Twigs into paying him money. Twigs' lawyers argue that the NDA was 'illegal' because it was not properly executed and did not comply with California law.

LaBeouf and Twigs were in a relationship from 2018 to 2019, and their breakup was highly publicized. In 2020, Twigs filed a lawsuit against LaBeouf, alleging emotional abuse and assault. The two parties reached a settlement in 2025, but LaBeouf has now allegedly attempted to enforce the NDA, which Twigs claims is invalid.

The lawsuit seeks damages and an injunction to prevent LaBeouf from enforcing the NDA. Twigs' lawyers have stated that their client is 'determined to stand up for her rights' and 'will not be intimidated' by LaBeouf's actions.

This is not the first time that LaBeouf has faced allegations of abuse. In 2020, several women came forward with allegations of emotional and physical abuse, leading to a public backlash against the actor.

The lawsuit against LaBeouf is a significant development in the ongoing saga of his relationship with Twigs. It remains to be seen how the case will play out, but one thing is certain: Twigs is determined to protect her rights and stand up for herself.
