The entertainment industry is rallying around the family of late actor Eric Dane, best known for his role as Dr. Mark Sloan on 'Grey's Anatomy' and his recent stint on 'Euphoria.' A GoFundMe campaign has been set up to support Dane's children, and the show's creator, Sam Levinson, has donated $27,000 to the cause.

The campaign, which was set up by friends of the family, aims to raise money for Dane's children's education and well-being. Levinson, who is also an executive producer on 'Euphoria,' has been a vocal supporter of Dane throughout his career.

Dane passed away on February 20, 2026, at the age of 53, after a battle with ALS. His death was met with an outpouring of tributes and condolences from his colleagues and fans.

The GoFundMe campaign has already raised over $100,000 in just a few days, with many of Dane's colleagues and friends contributing to the cause. The campaign is still active and accepting donations.
